About Hillary Sale

I am an experienced board director and the Agnes Williams Sesquicentennial Professor of Leadership and Corporate Governance at Georgetown University Law Center and a Professor of Management at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. In 2017, I visited at Harvard Law School and at Georgetown Law School, where I taught leadership and corporate governance classes. My expertise in securities regulation and board governance led me to my position as a Director for the Cboe U.S. Securities Exchanges, Cboe Futures Exchange, and Cboe SEF as well as my former position as a Public Governor of the FINRA Board of Governors, where I chaired the Regulatory Policy Committee, and was a member of the Executive Committee and the Nominating and Governance, Management Compensation and Human Capitol, and Regulatory Operations Committees. I am also an Advisory Board member of Foundation Press, and Chair the DirectWomen Board Institute.I work with leaders at all levels, including the C-Suite, empowering them to lead with authenticity and passion, and I consult on governance and strategy with companies and firms. I also Chair the Women\'s Leadership Initiative at Harvard Law School and take pride in helping to diversify corporate boards with more women through my work with as Chair of the DirectWomen Institute.
