Provide technical expertise in historic preservation principles and methodologies. Guide Latinx communities on navigating preservation regulations, developing effective plans, and applying the Secretary of the Interior\'s Standards.• Provide advice and technical assistance to owners of historic and architecturally significant properties and their representatives including architects, engineers, contractors, and attorneys about appropriate historic preservation treatments and methods.• Develop and manage the Latinx endangered properties campaign to advocate for nationally significant heritage sites.• Collaborate with the Executive Director to oversee a grant program and Borderlands Preservation Toolkit, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for preservation efforts.• Cultivate relationships with Latinx communities, cultural organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to promote awareness of preservation initiatives and foster collaboration on projects.• Develop comprehensive outreach plans to connect with diverse audiences within Latinx communities. This includes creating culturally relevant materials and messaging.• Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate preservation projects and initiatives. Facilitate community involvement in project planning, implementation, and evaluation.• Monitor and evaluate the impact of preservation initiatives. Prepare reports documenting project outcomes and community engagement.
