We partner with community building organizations to deliver software consulting and implementation services that strengthen the systems and organizations that build flourishing communities.I lead service delivery strategy and standards across our client portfolio, defining and maintaining our OpenTent Proven Process for consulting excellence. This includes driving resource planning and capacity allocation; developing best practices for relationship management, scoping, requirements gathering, and user adoption; and supporting new client acquisition and team hiring. I collaborate closely with leadership on strategic decisions around growth, service offerings, and team performance management.I also serve hands-on as a Product Owner on a select client engagements, where I partner with clients to define product strategy and roadmaps that align with their long-term organizational goals. This includes facilitating stakeholder alignment on quarterly priorities, defining MVP scope and product vision, and ensuring delivery stays connected to strategic objectives throughout the development cycle.My focus: ensuring technology genuinely supports nonprofit missions through strategic partnership, joyful and clear processes, and delivery that exceeds expectations.
