About Hillary Whan
As the Senior Project Manager I am responsible for defining timelines, milestones, staffing needs, and deliverables; tracking progress; understanding dependencies and communicating status to stakeholders, the team and company leadership. Working closely with all of our teams and leadership to resource projects properly. Collaborating with leadership and other team leads to identify potential issues, develop and implement solutions. Consistently and effectively communicating project status and progress by documenting decisions and action items, following up with owners on commitments, and ensuring expectations are clear. One of my many strengths is cultivating and facilitating positive relationships. Those relationships span across all of the teams and cross-functional partners.
