   Riverstone Communities is a manufactured housing property management company that owns and operates 80+ properties, spanning 15 states, employing 200 team members.As the Chief Human Resources Officer - I lead a department of 3 additional team members - managing the complete function from daily administration to strategic leadership. I have helped to build a Human Resource presence that was not functional upon my hire. Key achievements have been developing a Hiring Process around WHO Methodology, including the integration of an Applicant Tracking System, Newton/Paycor Recruiting and soon to be JobVite, resulting in a reduction in turnover consistently from year to year; developing a training \"brand\" for the organization and a complete training platform, including Training \"Passports\" and Curriculum, as well as the implementation of a Learning Management (LMS) tool, through our partners, Real Page. We have also established a Training Manager program allowing for current team members to have the ability for career growth and development, while supporting our training mission. We are also continuously evolving our performance management process/mindset to where the complete review process has been revamped and is 100% electronic, with integrated 360 reviews and and an integrated LMS tool to assist with further development.We also manage the complete compensation and benefits platform at Riverstone Communities which involves aggressively managing costs from year to year to ensure benefits are affordable to all team members, but also provide maximum benefits to themselves and their families. We have also partnered with our benefit broker to provide a call center and additional resources to provide our team members with the best possible benefit customer service available.
