Position included attendance at an eight-day residency at the beginning of each semester, during which time faculty are tasked with engaging with students, helping them prepare their coursework for the upcoming semester. After the residency, faculty members provide feedback on students’ work, offering insights into the individual “packets” and, more broadly, how it will move them toward their Final Product, the eventual determinant for being awarded a master’s degree. As Consciousness Studies Concentration coordinator, I was responsible for the intake, oversight, and mentorship of students working within the multidisciplinary field of Consciousness Studies.
