Making Cents International is a woman-owned small business and social enterprise that advances the social and economic well-being of youth and adults around the world. Making Cents provides services to governments, private-sector companies, foundations, and other international donors in youth development; agriculture, food security, and nutrition; entrepreneurship and enterprise development; workforce development; financial inclusion; and monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning.In my role as Vice President, I provide strategic leadership and oversight for global project delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, and strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio. I lead and mentor a global team of staff and consultants, steward organizational systems, and help teams translate strategy into actionable, on-the-ground implementation.I also provide technical leadership across economic opportunity and youth engagement initiatives, including human-centered design (HCD), Positive Youth Development (PYD), entrepreneurship, workforce development, and agriculture-related programming. My work includes supporting partners to design and deliver inclusive, evidence-based solutions that strengthen learning, build skills, and expand opportunities for vulnerable and marginalized populations.
