Recall Program is an integrated, software and service-based solution to address the increasing challenges med-tech companies face when managing voluntary or FDA-mandated recalls. We manage all levels of field actions in our cloud-based system - from software upgrades, to stock recovery, market withdrawal, and Class I, II and recalls. Novasyte\'s S.M.A.R.T. approach offers closed-loop management support, agility and flexibility to scale up and down, real-time status tracking, and warehousing for affected products. As the VP of Field and Recall Solutions, I am responsible for establishing and building business relationships with senior, C-level pharmaceutical and life sciences executives to identify sales opportunities across multiple vertical markets. Manage all functions of the sales process including Miller Heiman sales planning, accurate forecasting, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent.
