The role has responsibility for nearly 200 cloud operations & support engineers and management who are focused on outstanding customer service when delivering first-class service across the RWS product set. Currently our key objective is to provide an exceptional hosted and support service for our SaaS product set whilst continuing to maintain an excellent service to our current on premise and hosted customer base.
