Performs under the supervision of the Vermont Emergency Management Engagement Section Chief.Acts as the State Administrative Agency (SAA) Training Point of Contact (TPOC) and State Training Officer (STO). Represents the state\'s Emergency Management training program as a member of the State and Federal training groups. Maintains current training standards and competencies. Develops and delivers trainings. Coordinates, schedules, promotes and monitors courses; including identifying dates/times/instructors, booking locations, preparing and delivering materials, registering participants, and documenting attendance. Evaluate programs and identify gaps. Provides input on the annual training budget.Is Learning Management System(LMS) database administrator for the Department of Public Safety, which creates events, and sessions, exports system data for a variety of reports, train individuals on utilizing the LMS, create/enforce Standard Operating Procedures, troubleshoot learner and system issues, and consult on the best way to deliver/assign training via LMS.Serves as a lead planner for the Annual Vermont Emergency Preparedness Conference.Participates in exercises and actual emergencies at the State Emergency Operations Center.
