I litigate commercial disputes in various areas of law, from technology, cyber, privacy, professional liability, defamation, IP infringement, and various other matters across the spectrum of corporate litigation and insurance defense. I have over thirty years of experience ranging from big law (Kirkland) to boutique firms, from the conception of cases to their resolution through settlement, judgment, or verdict. All my cases - large and small - receive the same intensity, strategic creativity, and singular focus on my clients\' interests and objectives. I received my J.D. in 1989, magna cum laude, and Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center, where I was an Executive Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. My undergrad was at Northern Illinois, where I graduated in 1986, summa cum laude.
