I\'m passionate about the responsible consumption of food, working towards a world where food better serves people and the planet. My interests lie in promoting real food; food-waste reduction; supporting small, regenerative farming; and strengthening the local food system. Leveraging my background in healthcare and culinary education, I recently completed my Master\'s in Public Affairs with a Graduate Certificate in Food Systems to expand my skills in policy, systems thinking, and problem-solving in this field.
