We are now looking for tooling/mold to develop jobs to aid the customer to succeed in new project development. Most of the plastic tooling schedule we can achieve T1 30days, T2 45 days. Mass production 60days. OEM/ODM welcome. Established in 2010, Seaboom is a professional manufacturer of plastic & metal components, and PCBA design, Software design, to final consumer electronics, which exported worldwide. Now we have two separate divisions to serve buyers efficiently. These divisions are plastic tooling and metal tooling, and consumer electronics. Our engineers have more than 20 years’ experience in developing a new product from an ID or even from a concept to circuit design, mechanical design, and software design, through the necessary process of working sample, PP sample and MP sample, and guide to mass production to assure the quality meet the design specification. Our products have been approved by the reliability and environmental test, such as a drop test, waterproof test, high temperature, and low-temperature test, and temperature vibration test. Our IQC technicians inspect incoming materials and PQC throughout production, and OQC, making sure the final products can meet the qualification stated. Our products can be modified to meet customer\'s designs and specifications, no matter the order is big or small. Our minimum order is 100 pieces. We can produce more than units monthly to meet your needs. Our lead time of most orders is 15 to 25 days.
