ABOUT HILENE HENRY
After completing her training with a medium sized national firm, Hilene Henry joined the local office of Big 4 firm to help establish their small business department. She then spent 5 years working in London, later moving back to Liverpool to join Wilson Henry – the firm her father started 60 years ago. Hilene has overseen significant growth of the firm over the past 25 years.Hilene has been responsible for the firm’s strategy for growth and development of the business. She has clients in a variety of sectors including packaging, creative and digital and legal with turnover up to £100 million. Her skills include M&A transaction work particularly around acquisition Due Diligence.Hilene recognises and values the important contribution made by the Wilson Henry team in the business and is an advocate of people development. Wilson Henry is an IIP organisation and Hilene is also a trained trainer with Dale Carnegie.
