I\'m a big fan of people, tourism, and numbers and am passionate about creating world-class destinations. With my diverse background in hospitality, tourism consulting, and advising public and private entities, I understand the many intricacies involved in creating a thriving destination. During my career, I\'ve also had the pleasure of working in hotels, food and beverage, and convention operations as well as hotel revenue management, industry publications, and corporate hotel special projects including inventory, branding, and franchising. Born in South Africa, I\'m now a proud Canadian and have worked across Canada from Vancouver and Jasper to Ingonish, NS and most extensively in the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area. When I\'m not raving about the latest cool tourism project, you can find me dancing, in a restaurant, engrossed in a good book, or out in nature.
