I study human behavior online and I think about creative ways to solve business problems.I am a Senior UX Researcher at Xsolla, where I help design better payment solutions for video gamers and developers. Over the past year, I\'ve helped scale Xsolla’s research practice and collaborated with Product Owners to shape product strategies, expand into new markets, and drive revenue growth. Previously at Meta, my research helped small businesses worldwide grow their revenue through Business Messaging on Instagram and Facebook.
