I manage the field operations for SEG Measurement\'s research and assessment projects and lead our marketing team. As director of field operations, I oversee all day-to-day operations of a research study including project planning, participant recruitment, fidelity monitoring, surveys, data collection, tracking, reporting, and more.\"I had a ball doing this for you this semester. I really enjoyed working with you.\"\"This was a great project, and I may make the results part of a discussion for our department.Thank you for the chance to do this.\"\"We appreciate all you have done for us this year. It has been a privilege working with you.\"I am also responsible for SEG\'s marketing: sales, social networking, conference planning, website, and strategic planning. Our range of research services include program evaluation, product effectiveness research, marketing research and new product launch.I support an array of services to assist assessment and e-learning companies, state agencies, schools, colleges and credentialing bodies implement assessment programs. Our engagements have been as varied as helping with a single program component to full-scale program implementation nationwide and internationally; from test design, item development, calibration to field testing.
