Hilary Loustaunau serves as the Sr. Director, Portfolio and Delivery Services at ConnectiveRx. She drives results by building agile teams, managing change, and growing business value. Leveraging an MBA education and 20+ years experience in product and program management, sales and technology; Hilary Loustaunau offers strong business acumen. Prior to her current role, she consulted at Ohio\'s premier venture capital firm, NCT Ventures, and served as founding CEO of Exel Solar, US Inc.Most of her career was spent with Fortune 20 distribution company Cardinal Health, in marketing and technology roles, with the last position as Sr. Program Director of Augmented Intelligence (Analytics, AI and Machine Learning). She tracked the portfolio, engaged executives, communicated progress, onboarded staff, oversaw the budget and drove change management. She was product owner for Tableau and Alteryx, fostering a community of practice.A decade of her career was in technical marketing for Cardinal Health’s pharmaceutical eCommerce site, Order Express. After two promotions, she was overseeing $85 billion eCommerce channels as well as exceeding the department’s solution sales revenue targets. Additionally, she served as subject matter expert world\'s second largest SAP conversion program (PMOD) at Cardinal Health.In 2023 Hilary seized the opportunity to join NCT Ventures in an AI consulting role sharing best practices in AI / ML with growing teams. She authored the 2 hour executive training course on Digital First best practices which can be found at Hilary was hired to build initial business and marketing plans for a new venture; a solar industry distribution company. Richard Langdale’s long time friend in Mexico owns the largest solar wholesale distribution company in Mexico and together decided to start operations in the US. Hilary was asked to be CEO and quickly built a team, established vendor partnerships and credit terms, marketed and attracted customers and grew sales to run cash-flow positive business.
