I\'m a doer, a fixer, an innovator, a collaborator, and a leader. I\'m driven by impact and positively influencing the people and communities around me. My Human Resources and People Operations career has been an incredible opportunity to deliver impact. Whether that\'s building a new hire onboarding and orientation program from scratch, launching a company-wide DEI program with a small budget, or establishing processes and procedures for background checks or annual anti-harassment training where there previously was nothing, I\'m skilled at stepping into organizations undergoing transition, re-organization, or that are resource strapped, and successfully building and launching something impactful. You could say I\'m adept at creating order from chaos. So, how do I create this order from chaos? One of my superpowers is my ability to easily and quickly grasp the big picture, recognize how the pieces fit together, and synthesize them into a deep understanding of the problem. From there, I can strategize, create, build, and delegate with cohesion and unity at the forefront. This strength also allows me to pivot quickly when something isn\'t working right. Throughout this process, iteration is always my best friend. That\'s why I think about programs within People Operations, Employee Experience, and Employee Engagement as products with the employees as the customers. I never expect a V1 to be the answer, but I strive to build something tangible and then redesign from there. From a strategic perspective, I thrive in environments where I can connect with people one-on-one to understand what they\'re looking to solve or fix, then do my research, analyze the data, and come back with creative, viable solutions and strategic direction.My passion also lies in people leadership and empowering those reporting to me, enabling them to grow and develop in their roles. I lead with honesty, authenticity, and as much transparency as possible. From my experience, this is the key to building rapport and relationships within a team. More importantly, it also allows for mutually beneficial relationships where I can learn from my reports as much as they (hopefully) learn from me. Feel free to reach out.
