   Jan 2004 — Present

   Currently serve on the ABA Governance Commission, am a member of the Committee on Scope and Correlation of Work, and am delegate for the ABA Health Law Section (HLS) to the ABA House of Delegates. Am a past Chair of the ABA Section Officers Conference (SOC) after serving a two-year term as SOC Chair from August 2019-August 2021. Within the HLS, am also a Council member, Chair of the Cancer Legal Advocacy Interest Group, and a vice chair of the Policy Committee. Have served as co-editor of the HLBytes, a weekly e-bulletin of the ABA HLS and as Chair of the ABA HLS for 20••••18, Chair-Elect for 20••••17, Vice Chair for 20••••16, and Secretary for 20••••15. Joined the HLS Council in 2011 as a Member-at-Large. Before joining the HLS Council, served as vice-chair and then chair of one of the interest groups; was on the planning committee for the Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law for several years; and served on the Cancer Legal Advocacy Interest Group\'s Executive Committee.
