About Hilary Lockwood Williams
I\'m an Environmental Scientist and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the environmental field writing technical reports, participating in and leading field efforts, and processing samples. My specific area of expertise is in site investigations, contaminated sediments, data management, and long-term monitoring optimization. I have effectively and efficiently participated in and/or managed terrestrial and aquatic monitoring of existing conditions and have experience in writing, reviewing, and editing technical reports for federal and state agencies across the central and eastern United States. Graduating from Clarkson University, I researched water quality, along with phytoplankton and zooplankton health, on the St. Lawrence River through both Clarkson’s Senior Research Capstone Project and working as a limnology research assistant for Clarkson’s Great Rivers Center. I earned my Masters of Professional Studies in Forest Hydrology and Watershed Resource Management from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
