ABOUT HILARY VALENTINE
I am an Instructional Designer who wants to help spark process innovations and improvements by assisting with the creation of awesome learning experiences for staff and students! I facilitate learners and instructors in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies that are effective, while also incorporating evolving technogies. I love learning, and love seeing how simple changes can change the overall effectivenss of learning for others. I am passionate, energetic, and creative! About Me: I have over 9 years of workforce training experience, developing and overseeing technical trades/environmental training programs for clients and open enrollment opportunities. In this capacity was a nominee for the Teaching in Excellence Award for the design and implementation of the America\'s Promise Grant Manufacturing Program. Prior to working for Delaware Tech, I spent 12 years at DNREC as an engineer overseeing onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system projects.
