Power Engineering’s creative approach to construction and interest in complex projects were a perfect match to Hilary’s quest for professional development. She joined Power Engineering right after completing a BS in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Hilary began as a Construction Project Engineer, moved up to Project Manager, and successfully filled that role for six years before taking on her current position and becoming one of four owners.
