ABOUT HILARY SWANSON
An experienced editor with over a decade of experience in trade publishing, I have acquired and edited multiple New York Times bestsellers including Over the Top by Jonathan Van Ness,#IMOMSOHARD by Kristin Hensley & Jen Smedley, BRAVE by Rose McGowan, and the USA Today and WSJ bestseller Barking Up the Wrong Tree by Eric Barker. As a ghostwriter and freelance editor, I work on prescriptive, practical, and narrative books in the areas of modern feminism and fresh female voices, memoir, smart/edgy humor, mental health, and modern self-help. I am passionate about working with authors who are bold champions of the causes they fight for, including Shannon Watts, founder of Moms Demand Action, and Nadya Tolokonnikova, creator of Pussy Riot.
