Clients include Netflix, Block, a variety of city and country governments and many tech firms in the SF Bay Area, Los Angeles and throughout the US and Canada- Manage, Train and mentor Recruiters and Sourcers in the areas of Design, Marketing and Creative- Set goals and strategize recruitment goals- Determine salary and rates for a varitey of creative roles- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and partners- Recruiter for contract and full-time placements in Design, Marketing and User Experience- Maintain relationships and work closely with clients and hiring managers to determine best fit for open roles- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting process- Develop pool of strong candidates in advance of need- First line of screening candidates and applicants for clients, providing top choice selected candidates- Recruiting interns, first time candidates from universities and other channels- Coaching and mentoring candidates for client interviews- Strong intuition identifying candidate\'s fit for client\'s company culture and team - Ability to locate hard to find specialized candidates in tight market- Experience working with recent graduates through high level executive candidates- Experience working with recruitment tools and systems- Excellent written and personal/professional communication.
