I wear many hats at Talent Inc. I mentor and advocate for our on-boarding US and German writers, I review, edit, and assess their first draft submissions to ensure compliance with our quality standards. As part of that process, I provide detailed, constructive, and collaborative project feedback regarding necessary rewrites, quality issues, template, content, and formatting inconsistencies as well as company/brand expectations as they advance through our on-boarding process. I support writers by answering their questions, explaining appropriate strategies and best practices, and expediting resolutions. As a bilingual editor/writer, I complete resume writing projects in both German and English, consistently communicating with clients throughout the process to exceed their requirements and expectations. I assist in the development of templates, strategy guides, and communication scripts for writers in both languages, and, more specifically, design and localize our CV templates specifically for the German market.
