I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Springfield College. During my time there, I served as President of the Muslim Students Association for three years, organizing cultural events that promoted inclusivity on campus. Professionally, I’ve worked across diverse roles, from managing front desk operations at a resort, to assisting with event planning and community outreach at Springfield College’s Office of Spiritual Life, and providing interpretation services for Afghan refugees navigating healthcare and legal systems. These experiences strengthened my skills in communication, organization, customer service, and cross-cultural understanding. My passion lies in data analytics, operations management, logistics and marketing strategy.
