I am part program manager and part product manager, but my passion has always been within the content space.In my current role, I lead strategic initiatives to improve the content creation and consumption experience for LinkedIn global support teams. This includes owning the requirements and product roadmap for a single search experience and managing the CRM content strategy for global support teams. I coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and project management, to launch pilots, feature releases, and product introductions to my primary stakeholders.I also provide consultation to content creators to help optimize their content for delivery. I enjoy playing matchmaker between content creators and content consumers - understanding both sides and setting them up for success.
