   I currently serve as a senior individual contributor managing relationships and strategic outreach for a book of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients exceeding $3.6B in assets across 350 family groups. Each family typically holds $5M–$25M in assets, and I also support household members with emerging wealth ($0–$5M). My focus is on building deep, long-term relationships by understanding clients\' goals and match tailored solutions—from asset consolidation, charitable giving, trust services, cash management offerings, fully paid lending, private equity access, generational wealth strategies, and discretionary portfolio management through paid advice—to client needs.As a key point of contact, I guide clients through multi-year planning strategies, provide enhanced investment guidance, serve clerical and monetary requests, and offer comprehensive wealth solutions—driving meaningful impact and business growth.Beyond client engagement, I’m passionate about mentorship and development of crew. I fuel crew development by coaching less-tenured crew in client service, sales techniques, the art of listening and asking powerful questions, and support professional development.
