I have worked as a Social Worker as well as an educator with individuals of all ages and all socio economic statuses. I also remain very actively involved in my community by volunteering with the Make A Wish Foundation,Beds For Kids,Friendship Trays & Rescue Mission as well as Purple Heart Homes as these charities are very dear to my heart. I believe that you should always pay it forward and do the right thing. I strive to negotiate the best deal for my client and wish to make the world a little better place each and every day.I focus on the relationship and not on the transaction. I am a Certified International Property Specialist Designation as well as a Certified Military Relocation Specialist and take pride in helping families and individuals to purchase and sell homes that may not otherwise be able to do so through my educating process. I am a realtor/partner with New Construction companies to stay abreast of the changes in New Construction. I prefer to have all the answers before the questions are asked. I have been a member of the Meck South Rotary which motto is Service Above Self and that is how I live my life. Specialties: I pride myself in working with not only first time home buyers but also people that are wanting to be educated in the full process of buying and selling. As a former educator, I will tell you much more than you wish to know but you will come away with knowledge and be able to make an overall informed decision.I pride myself on negotiating to the best of my ability for my client.You will have no doubt which side I represent through my actions.I consider myself the realtor for individuals of all ages from my various experiences with all ages as well as all socio economic statuses. I received my college education under the GI Bill as my father was 100% Service Connected Disabled Veteran from World War II. I am extremely passionate about assisting my veterans as well as anyone who serves in the military.
