As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Cognism, I support the recruitment and hiring process of high-performing and diverse talent across the EMEA region. I have a MSc in Human Resources & Organisations from LSE, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Surrey, which provide me with the theoretical and practical knowledge of HR best practices, organisational behaviour, and employee engagement. I have over two years of experience in coordinating recruitment activities for various roles and levels, using Workable & Greenhouse Recruiting Software and other tools to streamline the candidate journey, manage the ATS, schedule interviews, and provide feedback. I have also worked as a Recruiting Experience Coordinator at Handshake, and a Recruitment Coordinator at Tractable, where I contributed to the growth and success of these innovative and mission-driven companies. I have strong communication and analytical skills, and I enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where I can learn from others and deliver value to the organisation. My goal is to pursue a career in HR, where I can leverage my skills, education, and experience to attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the field.
