Abzyme Therapeutics is dedicated to developing therapeutic monoclonal antibodies. Using our proprietary antibody library generation, antibody self-diversification and selection platforms, Abz2 bispecific antibody generation approach, we are rapidly developing a pipeline of novel, targeted monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, autoimmune diseases, and infectious diseases. Ongoing Abzyme Therapeutics Research Programs: Development of bispecific nanobodies for treatment of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). The program is funded by the National Eye Institute (NEI/NIH). Development of nanobodies for cancer in-vivo imaging and targeted therapy. The program is funded by the National Cancer Institute (NCI/NIH). Development of broadly reactive nanobodies to influenza neuraminidase as flu therapeutic. The program is funded by National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS/NIH). Development of T-cell engaging bispecific nanobodies for treatment of Lyme disease. The research is supported by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID/NIH). Development of human and camelid nanobodies to RNA modifying enzymes and RNA modifications. The research is funded by the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA/NIH). Development of human antibodies to site-specific arginylations. The research is funded by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS/NIH). Engineering bispecific antibodies to overcome the blood-brain barrier. The research is funded by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS/NIH). Development of antibodies to equine encephalitis viruses as medical countermeasures. Funded by Department of Defense. Partnership with various pharmaceutical companies in developing therapeutic antibodies.
