About Hideko Dudley

Receiving her first music scholarship at the age of 15, Hideko Dudley is a multitalented musician, concert producer, music business personal, voice principal and Music Business & Management graduate of Berklee College of Music (2015). Hideko learned to excel in customer service, communications, pressure, organization and fashion very early on, receiving such titles as team leader and captain. During her first year at Berklee, Hideko joined the Music Business club and was selected to travel to New York City to meet/converse with Industry Executives. She joined The Women’s Musicians Network, a club that promoted female musicians, and was selected to be apart of the production team. She worked with the faculty advisors and student leader to book groups, coordinate rehearsal space and assist in marketing and promoting. During the spring of 2010, Hideko also assisted in hosting and performed in WMN Showcase. Hideko was hand selected from the production team to become Co-President of The WMN. There, she oversaw all club activities, members and 2011 concert preparations. In 2012, she was selected to be one of three work-studies in Berklee’s Music Business department. There she performed general office work, assisted in hosting guest speakers and in the promotion, marketing and planning of departmental events. Such events include, “The Zafris Distinguished Lecture & the Envisioning 21st Century Music Business Models.” In 2014, working as the YO Team Work-Study Assistant, Along with general office work, Hideko assisted in organizing and producing 8 major shows, including The Berklee Encore Gala and Commencement. She was also apart of two major class projects, one which hosted their very own showcase in Berklee’s Red Room and another which soon became a case study that all together helped raised $10k in donations for the NPO Girls Rock Campaign Boston. Hideko has the knowledge, skills and capability to successfully perform any task given to her.

I am also responsible for checking tickets, maintaining the venue, and enforcing event rules.
