   With almost 20 years of Automated Valuation Model (AVM) experience, I counsel lenders on how these valuation products function and guide them through the complexities of beginning an AVM program, and/or improving upon their existing solution.My greatest strength involves providing our clients with an easy-to-understand/common-sense approach to educating them on the more technical, statistical, and regulatory aspects of AVMs that many in the industry are still new too. I work with clients to identify their core valuation and risk mitigation needs to develop an AVM solution that fits their business model and budget. My work however doesn’t end there. In addition to my involvement in the initial sales/solutions discussions and throughout the setup process, I also provide ongoing support for regulatory due diligence requirements. Finally, I provide ongoing performance monitoring and individual order support.
