Contributed to the development of Biovea, the largest biomass project in West Africa (348 GWh/ year of renewable electricity, developed by EDF and Meridiam). My role focused on supporting the management of the project before its commissioning phase- supported negotiations with the granting authority on electricity tariff adjustments - coordinated with lenders, advisors to ensure compliance and maintain project bankability- assisted with the preparation of the business plan
