About Hiba Khan
Hi, I am Hiba Khan, a determined and goal-oriented junior biomedical engineering student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), persuing a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering. My coursework has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of biomaterials, which I am eager to apply to real-world challenges. This includes courses such as Biomaterials, Organic Chemistry, Material Science, Biomedical Engineering Design, among others. I have gained valuable experience from doing projects associated with these courses, as well as outside experience in undergraduate material science research, where I performed experiments using the thermal system G-METs, focused on improving the purity of neodynium. I also was heavily involved in researching about metal leaching and distillation for neodynium magnet recycling. Aside from this, I also have experience in a variety of skills from various campus jobs, ranging from debugging error links using HTML and other content management systems, as well as using digital marketing platforms and event planning.
