About Hiba Abdul Kalam
Hi there! I’m Hiba, a civil engineering grad who took a leap to explore life beyond construction and design. While my engineering journey was filled with valuable lessons and amazing experiences, I realized I was drawn toward something different, so I took a leap to explore new opportunities! My first stop was as a business development associate at a startup, where I dove into the world of client relationships and learned the ins and outs of a fast-paced environment. Then, I joined Amazon as a Selling Partner Support Associate, where I have the chance to work with incredible people from all walks of life, learning something new every day and growing alongside a fantastic team. Over time, I found myself increasingly fascinated by data and how it can shape better business decisions. That curiosity has sparked my journey toward becoming a Business Analyst, a role I’m actively working to grow into. Currently, I’m building the skills to transition into an analyst role, driven by a love for data-driven insights and a passion for problem-solving.
