ABOUT HIBA ALI

o To build on my Portfolio of Expertise in engineering and to gain further experience I have taken responsibility for areas of procurement, project management, bid management (tendering), and construction. After completing 5 years on the Olympic park project, I was promoted to section Engineer after I displayed the required skills, professionalism and enthusiasm. I have been successfully managing challenging areas of work to strict commercial constraints and tight programmes.o Whilst working on the Olympic Park I have demonstrated that I have the relevant interpersonal skills to deal with the client in negotiation and also in contractual communication. o I am responsible for supervising and training staff and I am proficient in motivating my team to achieve the required results. I am also a member of the Beyond Zero team, delivering 4 hour Beyond Zero workshops reinforcing BAM Nuttall commitment towards safety on site.o I have recently gone through the Appointed Person training and gained relevant qualification to become and Appointed Person (lifting operation) personal. o I would consider that I have extensive expertise to offer any future employer from the experience I have gained in all aspects of construction in my short working career. I am keen and eager to learn more and I would consider myself to be an asset to any employer or project.o I approach any new position with the intention of adding to my portfolio of expertise and I can offer any future employer all the skills required in an effective and efficient manner.
