About Hi Howard
One of the many unique things about me is that I thrive when I am learning completely new industries and roles. Some people fear the new and unknown, but I embrace them. Because I bring a fresh and opportunistic perspective, I find myself often helping colleagues and clients solve their challenges. We come up with crazy, cool ideas that work! I’m sought after by organizations and clients more for my skills than my content knowledge. My skills run the gamut, from strategic relationship management and program development to marketing and process improvement (if you want to grab another cup of coffee, I can share all of them with you). While many people like sameness and consistency, I am attracted to variety and diversity - in my projects, roles, clients and organizational partners. Leaders can put me in almost any context and know I will succeed. I prioritize an organization’s mission first and culture and values second. When I’m working in a place with these priorities, I am at my best in making the world a better place.
