Over the past few years, this transformation has been both rigorous and rewarding — blending operational depth with a future-focused mindset.Currently a Scale officer (AVP functional equivalent) at India\'s largest commercial bank, I bring 13+ years of experience in operations, retail sales, client relationship management, compliance, and strategic banking initiatives. At IIMB, I expanded my exposure to financial modelling (KMV, Merton), stochastic dominance, Marketing ROI, and B2B strategy — equipping me to align finance with purpose and impact.I am registered with SEBI as an ARN holder for Mutual funds distribution and I have been into wealth management space and product strategy research with industry collaboration from major AMCs alongside my IIM Community peers. I also co-developed Kolloquial, a regional language learning app, under IIMB’s Lean Launchpad and applied to Y-Combinator. Earlier, I founded Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam PURA, a grassroots initiative for environment and rural development, active since 2016.Awarded the Merit-cum-Means Scholarship at IIMB and a Silver Medallist in Physiotherapy from PGIMER, Chandigarh, I combine academic discipline with deep on-ground experience.I continue to grow through strategic collaborations,policy advocacy and industry immersions.In my personal life, I’m a classical dance learner (Kathak & Bharatnatyam), a lover of Khayal instrumental music, and a nature enthusiast — often found birdwatching, planting trees, or stargazing.
