Expanded agency revenue and impact, tripling the operating budget from under $2M to nearly $6M in FY24 through enhanced fundraising, granting, and donor stewardship. Tripled organizational assets through growth in endowment and property, strengthening long-term sustainability and community investment. Leads a multi-year capital capacity campaign totaling $2.9M with $1.5M raised to date; guides campaign strategy, donor engagement, and organizational readiness. Evaluates community needs and program performance to ensure services reflect best practices, meet changing needs, and elevate the voice of individuals with lived experience. Supports agency-wide organizational culture and systems improvement initiatives, including a three-year diversity, inclusion, and belonging roadmap developed with an external consulting partner.
