I am an Open Group Distinguished IT Specialist and polyglot with 30+ years of experience driving innovation, solving complex challenges, and enabling digital transformation for enterprise customers. As HCL Digital Experience (DX) Technical Advisor, I help organizations unlock the full potential of HCL Total Experience, HCL DX and DX Compose—including HCL Portal, Web Content Manager, Leap, Volt Foundry—and their seamless integration with the broader HCLSoftware ecosystem and third-party solutions. My work spans technical sales leadership, strategic account management, and collaboration with local business partners to deliver high-impact demos, proofs of concept, and RFP/RFI solutions. I lead initiatives that foster knowledge sharing and enablement, including the creation of HCLSoftware U courses for DX (see https://hclsoftwareu.hcltechsw.com/hcl-dx) and a highly successful DX upgrade and modernization program.
