We deliver end-to-end support across concept creation, design coordination, pre-opening, operational launch and ongoing asset/performance management. Our initial portfolio includes two flagship beachfront projects in Evpatoria: Beriy Palace Grand Hotel, a 5* Luxury ~300-key resort and Royana Beach Hotel, a 4* Upscale ~450-key hotel (700+ keys in total). The strategy is to scale a multi-asset portfolio and bring international best practices in service, quality and profitability to the domestic market.
