Conduct quality huddles to address new scenarios, repetitive errors, and oversight issues on VAP case processors as per Performance Indicator (KPI) action thresholds. Monitor and provide support to underperforming team members, implementing developmental action plans as needed. Ensure regular circulation of knowledge transfer emails.
