I am a builder. Five years ago, I was sitting in a café watching diners scan a QR code and then wave for a waiter because the flow was so broken. That moment evolved into Summer, a restaurant platform that grew into the operating system for over 500 brands, 2 million diners, processing over $300 million. We built whatever restaurants needed, from POS systems to QR codes, staff apps, and an automated marketing platform. Every step started with me sitting in kitchens, talking to owners, and watching where things fell apart.It wasn\'t all smooth. We nearly shut down with 8 weeks of runway left, but turned it around in 90 days by moving from free to paid. We fixed abandoned checkouts by redesigning the flow, lifting completion from 17% to 83%. We unblocked $150K in deals with a weekend hack. Each of those moments taught me the same thing: get close to the problem, and build until it works.After Summer, I moved to Seattle and started working on Briefly. It\'s an AI teammate that answers \"what did I miss today?\" across all your tools in 5 seconds. We shipped the MVP in a week, had our first paying customer on Day 8, and now want to help teams save $2M a year by cutting wasted updates.I\'m a 2x founder, ex-Microsoft PM, and product leader who\'s happiest at the 0→1 stage and scaling to millions of users. More than the titles or numbers, I really enjoy noticing the problems everyone else walks past, and then building until they disappear.
