Eglinton Crosstown West Extension (ECWE) – Elevated Guideway ProjectAs a Communications & Public Engagement Coordinator on the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension – Elevated Guideway, I bridge the gap between construction teams and the public by delivering clear, accessible, and on-brand information that builds trust and transparency from planning through construction. My role combines stakeholder engagement, graphic design, and content operations to keep communities informed and connected throughout every stage of development.I design and produce public-facing materials including construction notices, flyers, signage, hoarding graphics, presentation decks, and digital assets for social media and the project website ensuring all content aligns with brand and accessibility standards. I coordinate photography and videography logistics, including drone and time-lapse documentation, to visually communicate progress and milestones. In addition, I support community engagement initiatives through pop-up activations, public meetings, and canvassing programs, while managing inquiries and tracking issues to provide timely, accurate responses.My responsibilities also include maintaining the project’s digital asset library, producing agendas and minutes, managing stakeholder databases, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality communications. Through structured inquiry tracking and weekly reporting, I help guide content priorities and engagement strategies that improve clarity and responsiveness.
