I’m a retail media and advertising leader with ~15 years of experience leading high-performing teams, managing multimillion-dollar P & Ls, and developing media strategy at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity.I’m currently leading the Programmatic Center of Excellence at Flywheel, where my job is to make upper-funnel DSP a genuine growth engine for commerce brands, not an afterthought.Retail media as we knew it has run out of room. The brands winning right now aren\'t the ones bidding harder at the bottom of the funnel. They\'re the ones reaching consumers earlier, with better data, across more surfaces. Retailers became full-funnel media companies. CTV became a performance channel. Clean rooms cracked exposure-to-cart measurement. The infrastructure for end-to-end programmatic commerce is finally here, and Flywheel is positioned to own it.The COE exists to close the gap between that opportunity and our execution. We\'re connecting the best DSP practitioners across the organization, setting standards, scaling best practices, and elevating programmatic from a tactical function to a strategic one.Currently based in Asheville, NC.
