ABOUT ERIK JORDAN

I am a brand and entertainment marketing executive with a deep understanding of pop culture and a passion for building meaningful connections between talent, brands, and communities. My work spans strategic marketing, partnerships, leadership, product development, design, social media, and content creation, with a track record of award-winning campaigns for both high-profile and emerging artists and brands. Most recently, I joined Little Dot Studios as Vice President of Content Strategy, where I lead a 25-person team of creative social media and content experts supporting major film, TV, and entertainment brands. Prior to that, I co-founded TENTH FLOOR, a boutique creative marketing agency focused on bringing talent and brands closer to their audiences through authentic storytelling, engaging content, and data-driven strategy.Previously, I served as a partnerships lead at TikTok, collaborating with leading entertainment companies and global talent to shape platform strategy, drive cultural trends, and inspire creativity. My work also centered on uplifting talent and communities through cultural initiatives, including Pride, Support Black Business, Mental Health Awareness, Arab Heritage Month, and more. Before TikTok, I spent eight years at Capitol Records in Hollywood, leading global marketing strategy and executing award-winning campaigns for artists such as Katy Perry, Beck, and Sam Smith, while helping launch artists including Halsey and Troye Sivan. In 2019, I joined Facebook and Instagram in London, overseeing entertainment partnerships strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. During my time at Meta, I worked closely with global talent and brands to spotlight major cultural moments and led initiatives to support creators during the 2020 pandemic.
