ABOUT ELISHA GRAY

I didn\'t set out to be a coach. In fact, my career started in HR, where I spent over a decade helping startups scale their teams, build culture, and navigate the messy reality of fast-growing businesses. But along the way, something kept happening. people would pull me aside to ask for advice on how to lead better, how to advocate for themselves, or how to handle tough conversations. I’d listen, ask a few questions, and watch them walk away with a new sense of clarity. One day, it hit me: I wasn’t just advising — I was coaching. That realization changed everything. I earned a coaching certification and became credentialed (currently at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level; Level 2) through the International Coach Federation (ICF); I\'ve now logged over 1,500 coaching hours working with leaders at all levels, from early-career professionals to executives. I specialize in performance coaching, leadership growth, and organizational effectiveness, blending my background in HR, psychology, and mindfulness to create coaching experiences that are as strategic as they are human. My work includes one-on-one coaching, end-to-end program design, and performance development initiatives that help people operate at their best individually and within their organizations.I’ve partnered with founders in emerging industries, senior leaders in high-growth companies, and professionals looking to step into leadership for the first time. I’ve designed and led cohort-based development programs, facilitated immersive learning experiences, and helped teams build the kind of culture where people actually want to stay and grow. Whether I’m working with a new manager or a seasoned executive, my approach is practical, insightful, and always solutions-focused.Chat with me about coaching, leadership, and building resilient teams.
