Initially hired to help transition WSP Canada\'s extranet from their old EpiServer CMS into their new SiteCore CMS platform. After completing that project I stayed on to help with other digital communication initiatives. Created content matrix files and spreadsheets to track the update progress across the implementation team. Cleaning up, re-sizing & optimizing images. Creating help files for the Canadian and Global teams. • Design and distribute internal and external email campaigns through Constant Contact.• Build and manage event registration websites for bilingual internal and external events. Use IDloom for most bilingual events and Eventbrite for any paid events.• Build various internal and external surveys using Survey Monkey or Microsoft Forms.• Build quarterly internal newsletters using Microsoft Sway.• Helped transition our WSP Canada intranet from EpiServer CMS to Unily CMS and help to maintain that site on an ongoing basis.
